We will review your claim and provide you with a replacement if necessary.
  2. Returns for Other Reasons: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for reasons other than a material flaw, please contact our customer service team. We are here to assist you in resolving any issues and finding the best solution for you. However, certain conditions may restrict returns or refunds, such as using a coupon code, selecting the wrong size, color, or type of item, or if the order was placed more than 2 days ago.

  3. Order Modification or Cancellation: You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request modifications or a cancellation. After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed.
  4. Damaged/Incorrect Order: If you receive a damaged item, experience poor-quality printing, or receive an incorrect product, please contact us at [email protected]. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue, and we will arrange for a reprint or refund.
  5. Order Not Received: If your item has not arrived within 25 days for apparel products or 45 days for pillows from the order date, please contact us through our Contact Us page. We will either send you a free replacement order or provide a full refund, excluding errors in shipping information provided by customers.
  6. Returns Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
  7. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.
  8. Refunds: Refunds will be processed for the original item price, excluding shipping costs. Refunds typically take 2 – 5 business days to process once approved. Please note that a $3 resizing fee may apply when switching between size groups.

  10. Gifts: If you received an item marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit upon return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
